Some people are born with a more instinctive understanding of the sales process than others. That does not mean to say that the rest of us will never be as successful at selling. On the contrary, the person who understands the process of selling and their own fallibility within in that process is generally most able to generate business success.
We train to bring sales people up to a consistent standard; to remove the vagaries of fluctuating results depending on whether they are ‘having a good day’ or not. We train young sales people new to the role; we train board members who need to make high-level presentations. We train everything to do with sales: presentation skills, negotiation, sales management and sales process implementation.
